Shipping Policy

• All matters regarding delivery and shipping are included in the Distance Sales Agreement, which you must approve for product purchases.
• After your payment is completed, an automatic email will be sent to you confirming that your order has been received.
• Immediately after, the preparation of your order begins and it is delivered to cargo when completed. After the contracted cargo company processes the cargo transaction into the system, the tracking number will be shared with you. The status of the shipment can be learned from the cargo company's website using the tracking number.
• No shipping fee is charged for sales within Istanbul and domestic sales.
• For international shipments, no shipping fee is charged for orders of 250 Euros or more. For orders under 250 Euros, the shipping fee belongs to the buyer. ETHOSSHOES will choose the most suitable shipping company for the customer in terms of delivery time and cost.
• Customs duties and taxes to be applied to international shipments cannot be foreseen. Any added taxes and customs payments will be the responsibility of the customer. These practices vary from country to country. ETHOSSHOES does not cover payments that may arise due to these practices. In such a situation regarding your order, please contact your country's customs office.
• The products you ordered are manufactured in Turkey and shipped from Turkey.
• The time it takes for your order to reach you varies depending on your location. Your domestic cargo will reach you within 5 days at the latest. If you ordered from abroad, it will take 3-4 weeks at the latest.
• When the production of your products is completed, they are collectively shipped. For a different request, please inform info@ethosshoes.com .
• Please check your order before receiving it at your address. If the products are damaged, have a report drawn up and do not accept the order. Please inform info@ethosshoes.com .

Terms of Return/İade Şartları

• Matters related to the right of withdrawal and return are included in the Distance Sales Agreement that you will approve when purchasing the product.
• For the right of withdrawal to be exercised and a refund to be made, the product must be accompanied by its invoice, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns of products without an invoice cannot be made.
• Products must be returned within a maximum of 14 days from the invoice date.
• Made-to-specification pairs are exempt from the right of withdrawal. Pairs ordered with colours, materials or components you chose yourself, and any personalised product, fall outside the 14-day withdrawal right under Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation. Faulty items, or items that differ from what was ordered, are not affected.
• All product content information is available on the product page you purchased. After reading this information and approving the Distance Sales Agreement, the sales process will be completed.
• If the product is not sent with the same number as the order, please send an email to info@ethosshoes.com for product return. If ETHOS SHOES did not send the wrong number, the return postage fee will be covered by the buyer.
• If the wrong size was not sent, the shipping fee for returns will be covered by the buyer. Returns of products damaged due to use (torn, deformed in mold, broken, etc.) are not accepted.
• Refunds will be processed within 10 business days from the date the returned shoes are received by us, depending on your bank. The refund will be made using the same payment method used to purchase the product. If the refund is not made within the specified period, please contact your bank first and then us.
