ETHOS SHOES
Although the word Ethos has multiple meanings, we have adopted the meaning of "a culture where common values are shared," and we decided to embark on this journey with our passions alongside us.
While sneakers, like most products, were developed for a specific segment in their early years of production, over time they spilled into the streets and managed to break out of their initial designs. For this reason, they pioneered the development of a distinct common culture, first on the streets and then in every other sphere.
As Ethos, we have decided to follow the footsteps of this development, and we have integrated our own history, our own ethical understanding, and our special bond with our shoes into this common culture that has evolved over time. Now, we are taking those first steps to continue developing this culture.

How to Measure Your Foot
Follow the four simple steps below to easily find your correct size.

Prepare Paper and Pen
Place a sheet of A4 paper on a flat surface and get a pencil or a pen ready.

Trace your foot on the paper
Place your foot with your sock on the paper. Stand straight, putting all your weight on your foot.

Draw Foot Contour
Carefully trace around your foot, holding the pen upright.
- 04
Measure Length and Find Size
Measure the distance from the heel to the longest toe. Compare your measurement with our size chart.

Made to Order — how are your products manufactured?
All our products are "made to order", meaning they are handcrafted specifically for you after your order is received. They are not kept in stock; they are cut, sewn, and assembled just for you.
This approach allows each pair to be handled with individual care, prevents waste, and maintains the same quality standard without exception.
When will my order arrive?
Due to our made-to-order production model, your order will be shipped within 15 days from the date of purchase. Delivery to your address will take 1–3 business days, depending on your location.
We will send you email notifications at each stage of production and shipping. You can track your order in real-time using the tracking number.
Is there a shipping fee?
Shipping is free on all our products. Regardless of the order amount, no shipping fee will be charged to you.
How do I choose the right size?
Simply measure your foot from heel to the longest toe and compare the measurement to our size chart. For detailed steps, you can check the Step-by-Step Guide section at the top of the page, and for comparative measurements, refer to the Size Chart & Converter section.
If you are between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger one.
Is return and exchange possible?
Since our products are made to order and customized, returns and exchange requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If you experience any issues with your product or need a size change, please contact us. We strive to provide solution-oriented support.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payments are encrypted with 256-bit SSL. Your card details are not stored on our systems.
How should I care for my shoes?
